How to Submit a Public Records Request


Public records requests can be made in person, by mail, phone, fax, or online. Requests for records can be directed to the Public Records officer or one of the designers listed above.

For written requests, download the Public Records Request form and fill it out. Send it to the City Clerk’s Office by:
