Property owner, an agent of the owner, or a Washington State licensed contractor.

Types of online permits available

Only residential mechanical, plumbing, and re-roof permits for single-family, two-family dwellings, and townhouse permits are available for online submission. All other permits must be submitted at the Permit Counter.

All work is subject to field inspections by the City of Lake Stevens inspectors.
