The City is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build-operate teams to plan, construct, and manage a regional multi-use community recreation and sports complex at Cavalero Hill Park, located at 2820 Cavalero Rd, Lake Stevens WA 98258. The project is envisioned as a modern, multi-use community asset that serves all age groups, with robust recreational programming, senior services, and an indoor synthetic turf sports complex.

To be considered for this project you must submit an electronic proposal in PDF format with the subject line “Lake Stevens Community Recreation Center at Cavalero” to Parks@lakestevenswa.gov no later than 4:00pm on December 10, 2025. No submittals will be accepted after this date and time.
