Lake Stevens Community Park

Lake Stevens Community Park is a 40-acre county site that was formerly an old homestead and timber-harvesting site. The property was purchased from Roesler Timber Company in 1996, with the assistance of the Lake Stevens Junior Athletic Association (LSJAA) for use as an athletic field complex.

The park's entrance off Machias Road leads the visitor through a thick stand of trees; then suddenly breaks into a view of the gorgeous park at the top of the hill. The park is surrounded by stands of timber. Walking paths laid out on thick, lush grass meander around the ball fields, and playground.
