Park Rules and Policies

Please call 9-1-1 for emergencies.  

For an officer response to a non-emergency situation, where there is no immediate danger to life or property, a crime occurred earlier, there is no suspect information, illegal fireworks complaint, found pet or property, etc., call the Lake Stevens Police Department's non-emergency number 425-407-3999.

The City of Lake Stevens welcomes you and hopes that you enjoy our parks. Please observe the following rules pursuant to LSMC Title 10:

  • Skateboarding, bicycling or other recreational wheeled devices allowed on path only. 
  • Please supervise children at all times.
  • Dogs and approved service animals must be kept on a leash no longer than 8 feet.
  • Clean up pet waste.
  • Disturbing or injuring animals and plants is prohibited.
  • Removal or destruction of City property is prohibited.
  • Tobacco, drugs, and alcohol prohibited.
  • Do not use cooking devices on tables.
  • All fireworks prohibited.
  • Place any and all waste in designated receptacles; no household garbage or dumping allowed.
  • Camping is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized solicitation prohibited.
  • Assemblies, events, amplified music or public address systems are prohibited unless a City permit has been issued.
