The City would like to remind current shoreline permitholders that the annual Fish Window (as determined by Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife), spanning from July 15 to September 15, will be closing. During this period, in-water work, including activities such as pile driving and boat lift installation, is permitted per Hydraulic Permit regulations.

For all future projects falling within this scope, we encourage you to submit applications for work of this nature by spring next year to help ensure timely approval in time to conduct work next year.
