[ARCHIVED] Expanded Burn Ban

BurnBan2

Due to sustained hot and dry weather, the burn ban previously issued on July 7th has been expanded to include recreational fires. The upgraded burn ban takes effect September 1st at 12:01 a.m., until further notice.  This restriction bans ALL outdoor burning including campfires, cooking fires, and bonfires that use charcoal or firewood. Outdoor burn permits are suspended until the ban is lifted.  For further information, contact the Snohomish County Outdoor Burning Information Hotline at 425-388-3508.
