The Snohomish Conservation District in partnership with the City of Lake Stevens will be giving a Detention Pond Webinar on March 24^th from 6:30-7:30 pm.  Detention ponds are a helpful stormwater treatment system that helps prevent flooding and polluted stormwater runoff from entering the Puget Sound.  If you live in a Homeowners Association (HOA), which many do in Lake Stevens, learn what your HOA responsibilities are for maintaining the detention ponds that service your neighborhood development.
