The Snohomish Conservation District is announcing the 4th annual Cascade Award winner at their "I Love Lake" rain barrel painting event for Lake Stevens families and friends at North Cove Park. 

This is not a typical rain barrel sale! You will need to buy a barrel to participate, but when you pick it up, there will be lots of supplies available and you will return home with a custom rainwater-conserving work of art. If you have your own rain barrel, you can bring it by to customize as well!
