The City’s effort to transform downtown Lake Stevens into a vibrant community-gathering space celebrates another exciting addition.  The community is invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new water tower art piece at North Cove Park, (near the North Cove skate ramps), on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 1pm.  

The artist, Joe Powers, will be in attendance.  He created the piece to honor and interpret the original water tower installed in 1907 at the Rucker Mill.  Please see the flyer below for details.
