The city held a pre-construction meeting on August 15, 2024, and issued a building permit for Village Concepts on Soper Hill. 

Village Concepts will be a four-story building, approximately 125,062 square feet, with 141 various style units for independent and assisted living with onsite parking, landscaping, and sidewalks. Construction started August 19, 2024, and has a tentative end date of early 2026.
