The Sawyers Room is approximately 35' wide and 45' long and is rented on an hourly basis when not in use by the City for meetings and community events. This room faces North Cove Park and is ideal for classroom-type activities and conference space.

Beer, wine, and champagne service is allowed with a banquet permit. Banquet permits are purchased online from the Washington State Liquor Board.

Reservations for the Sawyers Room: (Standing room occupancy 200)

Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis up to four months in advance.  

Full payment is due at the time of booking.
