OUTDOOR PLAZA

The covered outdoor plaza, adjacent to Hartford Hall, park side of The Mill, can be rented for events and is approximately 700 sq. ft. 

  • The outdoor plaza falls under Shelter Rules and Policies. 
  • Outdoor plaza-only rentals do not have indoor access to The Mill or any tables/chairs; restroom facilities are available at the North Cove Playground or North Cove Boat Launch. 

Alcohol service and/or consumption is prohibited in the outdoor plaza.

Reservations for the outdoor plaza: 

Cost: Visit the Park and Facility Rental Fees page for rental rates, and reservation and security deposit fees.

Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation.

Cancellations for the outdoor plaza: Read the Facility Rental Policy for cancellation policies.  

Amenities Include:

  • Full views of North Cove Park and Lake Stevens
